The Fuel Tank vent line is an essential part of the ATV gas cap fitment on any machine. Fitting a CNC machined gas tank cap usually means you will replace the OEM fuel tank air breather hose for a stylish aftermarket set. We stock a selection of vent breather hose tubes fitted with one-way valves to ensure no fuel can leave the billet air vent but the air is always available for the gas tank vent to breathe. The fuel system is a vital component to any ATV or UTV to provide the carburetor or fuel injection system with the correct flow of fuel.
Tank breather pipes are either short with a tank cap valve fitted to the top or a fuel flow line that extends into the chassis beside the steering stem. Both part numbers can be fitted to motocross dirt bikes and quad bikes for the same purpose. We recommend putting a small amount of glue on the filler cap when attaching a new vent valve in your off-road machine to help with a gasket-like seal on the petrol tank.
