Shipping Policy

All of the products on our website are in stock and ready to be picked and dispatched by our ninja speed warehouse team. The only exceptions are those that say "out of stock" as well as custom-made order-in products. All orders received by 2pm on weekdays are also dispatched the same day.


ATVexpress SHIPPING

The ATVexpress service is hosted exclusively at ATVstore providing the FASTEST possible freight method to just about ANYWHERE in Australia. ATVexpress reaches more locations and is the cheapest option when you need to get your order FAST.

Considering the immense size of our great country, there will always be some remote locations that delivery drivers just cannot reach overnight, but rest assured your order will be in your hands quicker than you can say “Throw another Prawn on the Baarbey.”

As this service is designed to get your order to your door without delay, the ATVexpress method is strictly an “Authority To Leave” request. If you are not home at the time the delivery reaches your address, the driver will simply leave your parcel conveniently at the location, so keep your eyes peeled for your order as it is your responsibility to collect it once it has left the courier’s possession! ATVexpress is a physical address delivery-only service, sorry no PO boxes!

ATVstore will not accept accountability for ANY lost, damaged, stolen or pet destroyed orders. If you select ATVexpress, make sure you are ready because your order will be coming in hot! The ATVexpress runs from Monday - Friday every week but not on weekends or public holidays. All orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday are dispatched on the SAME DAY!!


Australian STANDARD SHIPPING

We are proud to be the ONLY All-Terrain store in Australia to offer nationwide, free shipping on all orders over $20. There are NO catches, NO fine print, NO surcharges, NO exclusions. Just good old-fashioned FREE freight. We ship everywhere, even if you only see the postman on full moons!

We use Australia Post E-parcel for most of our shipping and Startrack Express or Couriers Please, on occasion for bulky items.

ATVstore will not accept accountability for ANY lost, damaged, stolen or pet destroyed orders.

DELIVERY TIMES:

We endeavour to get you your products as soon as possible to ensure your experience with us is nothing but awesome. We appreciate your business and will always give extra value as a gesture of this appreciation.

To let you in on a little secret, we report on the number of items that get dispatched on the same day and reward our team for achieving the highest of results.

Delivery times vary around Australia, if you would like an estimated delivery time we recommend you use the Australia Post Delivery Time Calculator. Our suburb/postcode is Burleigh Heads, 4220.

DANGEROUS GOODS DECLARATION:

ATVstore has recently taken the initiative to submit all necessary paperwork in regards to the transportation of dangerous goods.

Working alongside MXstore who was the first online retailer in Australia to comply with these regulations in an effort to ensure the safe handling of potentially hazardous items on their journey to your door.

Items considered as 'Dangerous Goods' will consist of lubricants, oils, some cleaning agents, and aerosols.

Depending on the size of the order, we may split the 'DG' items off the original and send them separately. This process does not slow the order handling time frame at ATVstore, however, in some cases, the shipping carrier may take a little longer to deliver your order to you.

All orders can still be tracked using the shipping information which is emailed to you when your order is dispatched. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of DG items as all necessary paperwork does not cover return freight. If you would like any further information please do not hesitate to contact our friendly customer service team.

Order Status and Tracking

You can check the status of your order and track any dispatched consignments from Your Account (you will also get an email with a tracking link when the item is dispatched).

Return To Sender

If your order is returned to sender, the order amount will be credited to your ATVstore account (excluding shipping costs, unless at the fault of ATVstore). You can then simply re-place the order online with the correct details to have the order re-shipped. If you would prefer the amount be refunded, please get in touch with our friendly Customer Service team.

Note: If you placed your order with free freight, your money will be credited or refunded minus the initial freight cost incurred by ATVstore, unless at the fault of ATVstore of course.


COVID-19 UPDATE:

Australia Post is currently experiencing some international delivery delays due to COVID-19. Some orders, depending on the country of destination, can not be picked up from our warehouse until the drivers are cleared to do so. For all countries affected by these delays, please visit the Australia Post website for updates. If you need your order urgently, you can arrange your own third party courier to collect your order from our showroom with our Customer Service team.

Norfolk Island Shipping Details

All orders being shipped to Norfolk Island with "Standard Shipping" can expect a 4-8 week delivery time frame. Orders are first sent to Sydney to be dispatched via a barge to the Island.

A sea exchange usually takes place to complete the journey to Norfolk but rough seas will cause the exchange to be canceled and the order will return back to Sydney before being re-dispatched - Which can take another 6-8 weeks.

Please note that once the item leaves Sydney the tracking number will no longer update in the Australia Post network so they will not provide an estimated time of delivery either.

Your best option is to select "Australia Post eParcel Express" and your order will be on the next plane over from Brisbane!

Some products listed at ATVstore are shipped through a 3rd party warehouse. Items such as oversize products that are too large for our shipping carriers. Dangerous goods and Some Engine components can not be shipped internationally. We will contact you right away if there are any issues with your international order.

Considerations:

  1. Weekends don’t count. All lead times are on business days and exclude public holidays.

  2. If you order after 2pm, orders will be processed the following business day.

  3. Dispatch is based on items leaving our Gold Coast warehouse

  4. Items that are in stock are subject to SAME DAY dispatch.

  5. We are human; sometimes items will be out of stock. If this is an issue, we will always ensure we fix this for you and make your day for the inconvenience.
