UTV or ATV speed sensors are used to measure the speed and rotation of the axle of the quad bike or off-road utility vehicle. This information is then used by the vehicle's computer system to adjust power output or other parameters in order to maintain the desired speed and performance. Speed sensors are also used to monitor the speed of the ATV for safety purposes, as well as to provide feedback to the rider on the handlebars or dashboard. Wheel speed sensors are different from the speed speedometer sensor part numbers made by Quad Logic. These SKUs are motorcycle parts specific to the off-road moto machine you own.
