Engine Mounts

ATV or UTV engine mounts are designed to secure and hold the engine in place and absorb some of the vibration and shock created by the engine. They are typically made from steel, however, rubber sleeves and lightweight high-flex aluminium options are available for racing machines. Engine mounts are specifically designed for each off-road vehicle, as they help to protect the engine from bumps and jumps. Each engine motor mount accounts for engine parts on every model, so a high-quality OEM replacement will need to be perfectly suited to your machine. Powersports machines from Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Polaris, and Can-Am are all built for different purposes and with unique designs.

A Yamaha Raptor will not use the same ATV parts as a Yamaha Rhino, similarly, a Polaris RZR Turbo will not use the same engine mount spare parts as a Polaris Sportsman. Sandcraft Motorsports have upgraded their starter motor mounts and included a mounting tube with greater wall thickness than the OEM SKU. This means their billet design will fit like an OEM unit but have increased strength for a more durable replacement. When pulling your engine out we recommend cleaning or checking the vehicle's gaskets, bushings, clamps, dampers, and fender bolts to ensure you place the motor back into a chassis in complete working order.
