Drivetrain Seals

ATV and UTV drivetrain seals are produced to keep dirt, dust, and other debris out of the drivetrain while also preventing oil and other lubricants from leaking out of the seal kit. They are typically made of rubber or plastic and come in a variety of sizes and designs to fit different types of SXS machines. The most common type of seal to fail is the O-ring, which is a simple circular shape that fits between two surfaces to create a seal. Some seals for specific axle fitments will include a lip to fit the desired model. The seal is designed to reduce noise, vibration, and heat by acting as a barrier layer between the drivetrain and differential components.

Part numbers for seal and bearing kits on ATV/UTV off-road powersports vehicles differ with every model. We keep OEM replacements in stock for models of Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Arctic Cat, Kawasaki, Polaris, and Can-Am. Oil seals such as the front differential seal kit and rear axle should be checked on your ride regularly at service intervals to ensuring no oil is leaking. Be sure to add these seals to your wishlist when you notice the drivetrain is dry or becoming noisy through your paddock rides!
