ATV Handlebar Mounts

Handlebar setup can be a difficult task when changing to a set of new fat bars from your OEM 7/8” handlebar. ATV quad bike handlebars are different for each model and some require adapters or spacers to fit the bar mount to the triple clamp area. Handlebar risers are another style of off-road machined handlebar mounts that utilise the original bottom half of the ATV handlebar clamps and sit inside the bottom as a clamp riser unit. Handlebar mount clamps vary in bolt size, height, pitch, and diameter on each steering stem. Mount kits are difficult to purchase without knowing what is currently on the Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Polaris, or Can-Am enduro quad bike.

Make sure to check out the clamp kit or part numbers fitted to the machine before purchasing a set of aftermarket CNC machined mounts so you guarantee the correct fit. Alternatively, fitting another set of motorcycle handlebars can make your choice simple by purchasing a fat bar mount with a set of Pro Taper, Renthal, or ODI tapered handlebars. You can easily swap out most sets of universal handguards for your new fat bars as the ends are all 22mm to fit grips from every manufacturer!
