ATV Electrical Control

ATV and UTV wiring harness setups are one of the most technical parts of any quad bike. Ensuring you have high-quality connections and seals as a brand new dirt bike, scooter, go-kart or SXS would have from the showroom floor is critical for long adventure rides. The powersports machine is fitted with a remote control module called the CDI unit. The CDI box stores all electrical data and tuning which helps limit RPM and tune throttle response. Off-road ATV quad bikes are generally fitted with a stator, voltage regulator, battery, and starter motor. All of these items are initiated with the starter relay button from the handlebar switch.

OEM-grade electronic components are used to ensure all circuit boards and connections inside the CDI unit are built for long-term reliability and performance in any terrain. These units are available for a range of Honda, Polaris, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki, and Can-Am machines here in Australia. Make sure to check out the electrical controls available for your machine and utilise the parts finder on the homepage!
